The Graupner mc-28 HoTT is a sophisticated transmitter designed for advanced model enthusiasts. It caters to a wide range of models, including those used in functional modeling on land and water. With 16 control functions, 120 internal model memories, integrated telemetry and voice output, and the fast and secure bidirectional communication of Graupner’s HoTT 2.4 GHz technology, the mc-28 stands out as a true all-rounder.
The mc-28 features an internal circular polarized patch antenna for high range and reliability. Its digital and temperature-calibrated Hall sensor stick units ensure excellent durability, reliability, and precision. Two large, high-contrast displays provide constant information on telemetry data and parameters, allowing for quick and easy programming.
The transmitter’s switches and buttons can be freely assigned and customized. It offers 12 mixers and 8 switch phase programs with announcement functions, which can be adjusted and named for each model.
Thanks to the micro-SD card and micro USB interface, telemetry data and model memory can be imported and exported. Firmware updates are also easily performed.
Eight switch phase programs can be customized and named for each model, with separate programmable switch times. Functional modelers can use these phases to switch function groups. For example, in one phase of an excavator model, the joysticks control the driving functions, while in another phase, they control the functions of the superstructure.
Three ring limiters are available for Voith-Schneider or Schottel drives and similar systems. The ring limiter prevents oversteering of drives at certain stick positions, protecting the VSP from damage and ensuring a consistent propeller speed in the Schottel drive when used with a brushless motor.
Multi-Channel Function: The mc-28 includes two classic Multi-Switch or Multi-Prop decoders in the software, allowing for control of up to 16 additional functions or up to 8 extra servos. All available switches or controls can be used, with up to 4 additional switches possible using adapter cables for UVR switches 33000.16/-17. The multi-channels can be used with sound modules 2386.F and 2386.S, the light module 2381, the Nautic-Expert switch module 4159, 16-channel switch module 3972, and 4-channel proportional module 3973.
