Registration

Step 1: Go to the Website

Open your internet browser and visit our website: www.aerobertics.be.

• In the top-right corner, set the website language to “English.”
• Click on “Sign In” in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Choose Registration

In the login window, you will see two options:

• We are already a customer
• Create a new account

Select “No, we are a new customer” (if you have not ordered since August 15, 2024).Click on “Create Account.”

Step 3: Fill in Your Details

Under “Register,” carefully complete the registration form:

• First and last name: Enter your full name.
• Email address: Provide a valid email address (this will be your username).
• Password: Create a strong password that is easy to remember, following these rules:
  • At least 8 characters
  • At least 1 lowercase letter
  • At least 1 uppercase letter
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character

Double-check your information for accuracy.

Step 4: Complete Registration

Click the “Register” or “Create Account” button.

• Green confirmation message? Your registration is successful.
• Red error message? Likely, your passwords didn’t match or didn’t meet the requirements (see Step 3).

You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided.

Step 5: Verify Your Email Address

Open the confirmation email from Aerobertics.

• Don’t forget to check your SPAM or Junk Mail folder.
  Click the verification link in the email to activate your account.

Step 6: Log In and Shop

Return to www.aerobertics.be.

• Click on “My Account.”
• Enter your email address and password, then click “Log In.”

You’re now logged in and ready to shop!
