The 1:18 scale remote-controlled Mercedes-Benz Unimog U4000 is a highly detailed, officially licensed scale replica designed for both young drivers aged 8 and up as well as demanding RC crawler enthusiasts. Its metal body construction enhances realism while providing excellent durability for challenging off-road use.
Delivered as a Ready-to-Run (RTR) model, the Unimog U4000 comes fully equipped and ready for immediate action, including remote control, battery, and charging cable. The interference-free 2.4GHz radio system ensures stable and reliable control, even when multiple vehicles are operated simultaneously.
Both throttle and steering are fully proportional, allowing for smooth and precise control in every driving situation. Two selectable speed modes provide added versatility, enabling slow, technical crawling or faster off-road driving depending on the terrain and driving style.
Thanks to its permanent 4WD drivetrain, portal axles, and exceptionally high ground clearance, the Unimog delivers outstanding off-road capability. The multi-stage reduction gearbox, telescopic drive shafts, and high-torque brushed motor provide strong and consistent power for steep climbs and rough terrain. High-grip rubber tires ensure excellent traction on a wide variety of surfaces, while a powerful steering servo guarantees precise maneuverability even in demanding conditions.
The splash-proof electronics make it suitable for use in damp environments, and reinforced shock absorbers ensure stability and smooth suspension performance across uneven ground. Switchable LED lighting adds both realism and improved visibility in low-light conditions. The front-mounted battery compartment under the bonnet allows for quick and easy battery changes, while the included Li-Ion battery provides up to 30 minutes of driving time for extended off-road fun.
