The Q Fix is a model holder that can be placed on the workbench or attached to an aluminum profile and holds a model aircraft securely in position. It is available in different sizes and in straight and curved versions (with support radius).
The rotating feet allow it to be placed optimally on the workbench and secured using the mounting holes. The feet can be removed using a screw. The Q-Fix model stand can also be attached to aluminum profiles using the fastening elements.
Rubber ropes can be hooked into the recesses on the side panels to additionally secure the fuselage. Another option is to expand it with the Teil-Q BeltFix. This allows the model to be safely placed down and secured.
The model stand can be expanded with an additional divider, a height adjustment and an adapter with which the Q-Fix can be attached to existing Teil-Q model stands.
A telescopic mechanism enables a maximum adjustment range of 1 mm.
The wooden parts are CNC milled from high-quality and stable 15 mm birch multiplex and additionally provided with a 220 g/m² thick phenolic resin coating, which makes the model stand particularly robust.
The wooden parts are glued to the support points with 3 mm self-adhesive solid rubber so that the model is held securely and not damaged.
